Agent groups
Understand your fleet at a glance by mapping each agent to a business area — Finance, Sales, Logistics, or any group you define. The Agent groups page (in the sidebar) is a drag-and-drop board: each area is a column, each agent is a card, and you drag cards between columns to reassign them.
What it's for
Telemetry only knows an agent's name — not what it's for. Assigning agents to business areas turns a flat list into an org map, so anyone can see which agents serve Finance vs. Logistics, and each column shows a rolled-up health chip (total requests, error rate, tokens for that area).
How it works
- One source of truth. An agent's group is its functional area — the same field you can edit on the All Services page. Drag it on the board and the services table reflects it instantly, and vice-versa. There's no separate, drifting copy.
- Custom groups. Add your own columns; rename them; delete a column when it's empty. The page starts with Finance / Sales / Logistics as examples — rename or remove them freely.
- Unassigned collects every agent you haven't placed yet.
- Click an agent card to jump straight to that agent's traces.
Nothing here changes what your agents emit — it's human-curated categorization layered on top of the telemetry.
