Register & publish
An asset reaches the catalogue through a defined workflow, so everything people can install has an owner, has been reviewed, and is observed from its first call.
Deploying an agent?
Create, register, publish & deploy an agent walks through the whole path, with a diagram of what runs where.
Start
Press Publish AI asset at the top of the Asset Dashboard to register a new agent, MCP server or skill. In Boidra Platform, the asset then gets its own page with its asset type, status and owning workspace, and actions such as Edit and Submit for review.
The asset lifecycle
Every asset moves through four steps. The asset page shows where it is, with the current step highlighted:
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1. Created | The asset is registered with its type, owner, workspace and environment. |
| 2. Review | The owner submits it with Submit for review, and a Release Approver (never the author) checks and approves it. |
| 3. Deploy | The asset is deployed, with telemetry wired to Boidra Platform from the first call. |
| 4. Publish to dashboard | The asset appears in the catalogue, where people can find and install it. |
Why review comes before deploy
An agent or MCP server can read business data and act on it. Review is where someone other than the author confirms what it may access and why, before it runs anywhere people can reach it.
After publishing
A published asset keeps reporting to Boidra Platform, so its usage and cost show up in Snapshots & Usage, its calls in Traces, and its quality in Evaluation. Likes and installs in the catalogue come from the people using it.
